Its a free version SVP or Smooth Video Project. The only downside is you get to watch it in MPC-HC that plays 720p videos smoothly(60fps is almost life-like) that comes with the installer. This caught my attention when I was watching videos on my phone (my|Phone my32L) that uses the same technology. I got curious and start looking or alternatives thinking if there's a software capable of doing the same thing on a pc.


Make sure that you have a working internet so it could download the necessary files that is needed for the installation.

iyon nga din napansin ko nung unang gamit ko ng phone ko kaya nagresearch ako bakit iba quality ng vid sa pc at yan ang nahanap ko. ibq talaga pakiramdam. pag nanonood ka ng 60fps sa malaking screen.
