Eligibility and Registration
- Age Restriction: Minimum 12 years of age.

- Verification: Mobile number validation via OTP; R-Wallet activation upon successful registration.

Operational Notes
- Paperless Tickets: Must be booked while outside station premises/railway tracks. Offline mode is supported for ticket presentation.
- Paper Tickets: Require printing at ATVM/CoTVM kiosks or General Booking counters prior to boarding.
- Service Status: The application is discontinued effective 1 March 2026.
