Booking Modes
Paperless (Book and Travel): GPS-enabled booking for commuters. Tickets are stored digitally. For security, booking is restricted within station premises or inside trains.
Paper (Book and Print): Book via the app and print physical tickets at ATVM kiosks or booking counters before boarding.
Requirements
Users must be at least 12 years of age.
A smartphone with active GPRS connectivity.
GPS must be enabled for paperless ticketing.
One-time registration requires a mobile number, name, and basic details verified via OTP.
Profile Management
Manage travel routes and personal details.
Sync tickets and initiate handset change requests.
Track transaction history and recharge R-Wallet balances.

- The service is not available to a person under the age of Twelve or previously suspended or removed from the services by Indian Railway.
- In order to avail paperless mode of tickets, the Smartphone should be GPS enabled.
