PH court could have implemented this law way, way back before ICC investigations.
Why show "Republic Act 9851" card now when the ball is already rolling?
PH officials' and politicians' levels of inutil, do selective justice, trying to save face, washing their hands, hypocrisy, circus setups, grandstanding speeches, evading accountability...
Them trying to convince everyone that their "deck" (judicial system) is strong enough.
