Bureau of Imigration got another Guo:
"Jingjin Guo falsely represented himself as a Filipino, citing a Philippine driver’s license as basis for the claim.
The BI also identified Guo as director of the Overseas Chinese Service Center (OCSC) for Cebu and Bohol.
Authorities noted that the OCSC has been cited in various international reports as being linked to the United Front Work system of the Chinese Communist Party, which is described as engaging overseas Chinese communities and promoting China-aligned initiatives abroad.
Immigration officials said they are examining whether Guo’s alleged activities involved facilitating the entry or settlement of Chinese nationals in Bohol and Cebu, while stressing that findings remain subject to verification."
