hanap ka custom recovery na match sa phone mo tapos boot mo sa phone to fastboot

"fastboot boot recovery.img"

try mo muna dun mag wipe cache partition saka factory reset dun sa custom recovery
pag ayaw, check mo kung may option mag mount yung "/data"

pag walang option from custom recovery reflash kana sir
