APP DESCRIPTION
Noir is a sophisticated USB camera viewer and HDMI display utility designed for Android devices running arm64-v8a architectures. The application transforms a tablet or smartphone into a portable monitor for gaming consoles, laptops, or cameras through UVC video and UAC audio streaming. Unlike standard hubs, Noir requires a dedicated USB-C capture card to function. Users can toggle between OpenGL ES and Vulkan graphics backends to optimize performance.
The professional feature set includes advanced monitoring tools such as waveform displays, histograms, false color, and zebra patterns. It supports high-fidelity adjustments through 3D LUTs and FSR 1.0 upscaling, alongside specialized modes for anamorphic lenses and CRT filters.
