A) Kung WiFi / Home Internet (modem/router)
1) Basic reset (pinakamadalas solusyon):
- I-off modem/router 30 seconds → i-on ulit
- Check lights (LOS/DSL/Internet) kung may red/blink na kakaiba
2) Ihiwalay kung WiFi lang ba ang problema:
- Try LAN cable (kung meron) vs WiFi
- Kung mabilis sa LAN pero mabagal sa WiFi → WiFi/interference/router setting issue yan.
3) Router placement:
- Ilagay sa open area, mataas, iwas sa pader/metal/TV/microwave
- Iwas “nakasiksik sa cabinet” setup
4) 2.4GHz vs 5GHz:
- 2.4GHz = mas malayo pero mas prone sa interference
- 5GHz = mas mabilis pero mas maiksi ang abot
Tip: kung malapit ka sa router, 5GHz; kung malayo, 2.4GHz.
5) Congestion check (time-based):
- Mag-speedtest sa umaga vs gabi
- Kung gabi lang bumabagal, possible peak hours congestion.
6) Quick DNS test (optional):
- Try palitan DNS (pang-check lang) then compare
- Kung walang improvement, ibalik sa default.
7) Document everything:
- Screenshot speedtest (download/upload/ping)
- Ilagay anong oras ginawa
B) Kung Mobile Data / SIM
1) Signal/Network refresh:
- Airplane mode ON 10s → OFF
- Restart phone
- Toggle between 5G/4G/LTE (kung available) para makahanap ng stable
2) Check phone settings:
- OFF muna VPN (kung meron) para hindi misleading ang test
- OFF data saver/battery saver (minsan nakaka-throttle)
3) APN / Network reset:
- Set APN to default (or Reset network settings)
- Re-insert SIM kung kailangan
4) Location-based issue:
- Kung sa isang lugar lang mabagal, possible weak signal / congested cell site
- Try sa ibang spot (window/outdoor) then compare.
