Via the Smart/TNT App (Easiest)
Open the Smart App (formerly GigaLife).
Go to the Dashboard to see your active subscriptions.
Tap on the active promo and toggle OFF the "Auto-Renew" switch.
*Via USSD Code (123#)
Dial *123# on your phone.
Navigate to Other Services or Manage Active Promos (menu options change occasionally, but look for "Manage" or "Balances").
Select the option to Stop Auto-Renew for the specific promo.
Via Text Message
If you know the specific keyword of the promo (e.g., SURFSAYA), you can try texting STOP <KEYWORD> to 4545 or 9999.
Example: STOP SURFSAYA or STOP GIGA50.
2. Stop Promotional Marketing Texts (The "Spam")
If you are tired of receiving text blasts inviting you to register for promos, TNT/Smart provides an official privacy portal to opt out.
Official Opt-Out Portal (Most Effective)
Go to the Smart/TNT Privacy Portal.
Select "Manage your Privacy Preference".
Enter your mobile number and the OTP sent to you.
Uncheck the boxes for "Marketing and Promotions" (SMS, Voice, etc.).
Click Save. Note: It may take 24-48 hours to take effect.
The "STOP" Text Method
You can try texting STOP to 211.
Note: This is the general opt-out command for system alerts, but many users report mixed results with this compared to the privacy website.
Block the Number (Phone Feature)
If the texts come from a generic sender (like "TNT" or a 4-digit number), most modern Android/iOS phones allow you to tap the contact name at the top of the message and select Block Caller or Block & Report Spam.
