Helo po tanong lang po gusto ko pokase e hard reset yung pc ko hindi ko po kase alam paano sana po matulungan niyo po ako

isave mo muna sa flash drive/other drive mga important files na need mo.

Search mo lang sa search bar mo "Reset this PC" then navigate ka na. Until ma reset mo.

If gusto mo naman mag palit ng OS. hanap ka ng tuts na about sa OS Installation. Need mo ng flash drive, ISO file. Madaming tuts sa YT about dito
