Di ko alam sa mobile dahil sa tanda ko na he he, di ko pa sinubukan sa mobile yan. Di ako palagamit ng cellphone.

Sa pc, ang process ay get a shadowsocks account, start shadowsocks client using that account. Get your openvpn server account. Then add the Shadowsocks proxy as your socks header sa ovpn config, then run openvpn. Parang http header trick lang yan. Possible malamang yan sa mobile.
