Kagabe lang po nagkaproblema may nagalaw yata ako

YouTube can run even without Play Services. Try mo kuya, pag nag Pop up yang "won't run blah blah blah....", press the back button. But once you've don't this, you won't be able to login your account on YouTube app itself.

Try mo delete google account mo tapus add mo sya ulit, sabay reboot.
