Option 2. (without physical Appearance on Network Center)
Create new Gcash and verifies it.
(From new Verified Gcash) Request and create ticket on Gcash
Request if there's any available balance to be transfer to new verified gcash.
Create a scenario of your lost SiM Card.
Add documents:
Available Balance (near to be exact amount)
Back and fort ID Picture with laminated or Gov ID
Picture of Self with holding ID.
wait until Gcash CS to reply.
this applicable to Gcash user who lost sim and have available balance hold on their old Gcash. also available to create and renew Gcash.
Create new Gcash and verifies it.
(From new Verified Gcash) Request and create ticket on Gcash

sa GlobeOne hihingin sayo yung serial number nung sim, pag wala kang serial number na maibigay dahil nga nawala yung sim, sabihin lang sayo punta ka sa pinakamalapit na globe store/kiosk para sa replacement
