I wouldn't recommend the 1st one also. but your example about Surveillance HDD is not completely true.
first, there are only 2 kinds of speed in todays consumer HDD. the 5400RPM ( slower) and 7200RPM (Faster)
surveillance HDD doesn't automatically make it slower because its for surveillance. I am using a 3TB surveillance HDD with 7200RPM, sure compare to SSD its still slow but pde na yan for singleplayer games. unless competitive games or very heavy games ang nilalaro.
2nd. the PC specs alone isnt even good for heavy games. using HDD is the least of the problem.
I have these games installed and played on my HDD and it works fine. medyo mabagal lang sa loading time since HDD but the performance is still great. the PC above mentioned cant even play smooth most of these games kahit mag SSD pa.
