🟢 Smart Smart and TNT Upgrade / Convert to eSim is now available via My Smart online

Sa mga gusto mag upgrade to esim ng existing physical sim nila while keeping the same number. Available na s'ya via mySmart online. Hindi na kaylangan pumunta pa sa Smart Stores na puro pag uupsell lang to Upgrade po postpaid ang alam.

Here's how:
1. Open You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. and log in or create an account.
2. Tap on the ellipses (…) and choose Upgrade SIM.
3. Tap Send OTP.
4. Enter the OTP that you will receive and tap Verify.
5. Enter your email address and tap Verify Now.
6. Tap Send OTP to begin email validation.
7. Enter the OTP that you will receive via email and tap Verify.
8. Tap Submit to complete the Upgrade SIM request.
Note: Your current SIM will be deactivated once you receive your eSIM QR.
9. Wait for the confirmation screen and for the eSIM QR to arrive in your email.
Note: Make sure you have a stable WiFi connection during the eSIM activation.
10. Scan the QR that you will receive via email to install the eSIM.

That’s it! You’ve successfully upgraded your Smart Prepaid physical SIM to eSIM using MySmart.

I just upgraded now my prepaid TNT sim mabilis lang ang process and free. Carried over din yung load at existing promo

Same lang din po. Sa mga users na may esim support yung phone para hindi na tanggal ka it ng sim, scan qr nalang kapag ililipat ng device.

kita ko na boss at nakapag esim na kaso triny ko muna sa secondary sim ko baka kasi di gumana pero nag work ang problema nung ginagawa ko na sa main sim ko request failed daw status 500

Yun ohh. Same din sakin. Nag upgrade to eSIM pero sa Multi SIM nakalagay, physical sim pa din hahha. Para kasi kapag nag upgrade na ng device ay ready na, naka eSIM na

Yes upgraded na to esim mawawalan talaga ng signal physical sim mo, check mo email mo nandyan na email with QR for esim
