so may nagpapatulong ma restore yung macbook nya hndi tumutuloy yung pag boot nya.
nag factory reset daw sya pero hndi daw nya na back up yung hard drive. hndi po ako msydong integrated sa mac os kaya sana may makatulong sakin pra matulungan ko friend ko. pag power on daw nya lalabas at maglload dun sa may apple logo then may lumalabas daw na ganito (see pic attached) 1st apple logo 2nd yung O

wait for the progress bar to full, you should be connected to the net para mabigyan ka ng option for reformatting the os. Data will lost if not backup sa time machine.

wala po syang back up na files nung nag reset sya sa factory settings

That is expected ts, sa time machine kasi normally nagba backup. Kung nakapag fullbreset na sya meaning, restored os or update to Sierra na lang ts. Most important is connected ka sa net if resetting mode still persist just wait to finish.

Check mo na lang sa net kung merong pang recover sa mac na cracked.
