This thread seems to be lacking of details. You did not specify what your OS is maybe you need restart your Desktop/Laptop before ma detect and printer and or install the driver of it.

Error code ito sa mismong epson monitor or sa resetter?

Sa resetter boss, after ko iclick ung check button sa main pad before ko iinitialize to reset. Parang nag hang sya and mag pop-up na ung error code communication error

Try mo nga huwag i-click yung "check" button...diretso mo na sa "initialize"
power off then on mo muna ung printer para fresh start, tapos close, then open mo ulit resetter
Ganyan din kasi minsan nangyayari sakin. Kaya dinederetso initialize ko na.
