More than 3 years na ako nagbubuhat mag-isa. Ramdam ko talaga after 1st year yung burn out specially nong nag-plateau na yung strength at muscle growth ko.

Sinubukan ko magpalit ng routine or periodization kung tawagin, tumigil ng one month at lumipat ng gym. Pero nandon pa rin yung burn out.

Nong nagkaroon ako ng katrabaho na pareho din may interest sa pag-gigym, nagkaroon ako ng katimbang. Iba talaga yung pakiramdam. Parang I feel obliged na mag gym dahil nangako ako na mag-gigym on that day.

Iba talaga pag may gym partner compare sa mag-isa ka lang. Prone kasi to procrastination kapag ikaw lang. Pero kung may partner ka, you will feel obliged to go to the gym.
