Hello mga ka phcorner. Pahelp pa identify itong maliit na ibon na may red spot sa chest. Now lang ako nakakita ng ganitong klaseng ibon. Meron kasi tayong Luzon bleeding heart dove at malaki ito, pero itong nakita ko maliit lang at malakas ang huni. Baka kasi endagered species na ito.

The Black-belted Flowerpecker or Visayan Flowerpecker, is a species of bird in the family Dicaeidae. It is endemic to the Philippines where it is restricted to Panay, Negros and Guimaras islands. It was formerly regarded as a subspecies of the more widespread Red-keeled flowerpecker.
