Sharing lang mga bossing. Since I had hard time looking for this tool.
1. Windows Home edition does not have GPedit as a stock tool.
2. GPedit contains various useful tool for your needs; e.g.. network bandwith reserve. Setting it to zero (0)
3. Just run the .bat file as Administrator, progressive bar will be visible.
4. Windows + R - type gpedit.msc to open the tool.
