Hi guys, ask ko lang if may same case na rin ba na ganto nangyari sa Gcash nyo? Yung sa Gcash kasi ng kapatid ko ganto nangyari based* daw kay Gcash eh may violation daw yung Gcash nya, ginagamit lang naman to sa business. May way paba para maayos to, o need na email si BSP?

Hindi po On-Hold but Permanently Deactivated, basically Deleted na po yong Account sa Gcash at walang way na ma-Restore or Recover pa yan.

Idk sa full info kaya i assume na Fraudulent po yong Business Transaction or may nilabag yong Kapatid mo sa TOS/TAC ng Gcash na matindi pra patawan ang Account nya ng Permanently Deactivated Status.

Bago sya ma deactivate, on hold muna lumabas then submit documents daw sinunod nya naman.

*Proof of sim screenshot
*Selfie with 2 ids
After 1 day ayan na reply.
