Converse malaking scam?!

Nag pa linya ako sa converge, yung bagong plan nila na "Super FiberX Max 1599 = 400mbps at may sky cable.
Pero nung sinubukan kong mag speed test using ookla at fast. Nasa 95-98mbps lang sa download. Then sa upload naman 120mbps. Which is ang layo ng difference na naka lagay sa plan nila. Na try kong manood sa yt. Same plan kmi, nakukuha nila mahigit 400mbps both download at upload. Tama lang sa plan. Pero yung samin hindi man umaabot ng 100mbps. Na try kong tumawag sa CS nila. Maghapon hindi ako makatawag laging busy ang line nila. Ngayon ta try kong pumunta nalang sa mismong converge brach para i report to. Ano masasabi nyo mga ka lods? Planado ba ang lahat? May ginagawa ba silang kababalaghan? Tapos dagdag ko pa, yung agent na nag assist sakin, lagi ya daw nirerepot yung problem sa internet speed namin. Ewan koba kung totoong nag rereport yon.
 
hmm? ano ba device mo? like specific brand and model? depende din kasi sa device mo kung kaya ba i handle ganong kabilis na internet.

Another one is baka sa 2.4ghz ka lang naka connect, 100mbps lang talaga max non, sa 5ghz ka mag connect.
 
Check mo muna lan cable na gamit mo boss kung tama then mag standalone test ka

Samsung galaxy A55 po unit ko, at nag try ko mag speed test sa bayaw ko nakukuha ko yung sakting speed na nasa plan. Nope, sa 5g po ako naka connect. Ang nangyayari parang pang 4g lang yung speed ko kahit naka 5g naman ako naka connect

Naka cat 6 napo sya pero yung speed nya pagong naka fixed sya sa 95mbps na dapat 400mbps

Bakit po kaya yung sakin ang bagal? Pumunta nko sa office nila. Sabi nila within 24hrs aayusin nila. Sana nga totoo. Pero nag email na sakin yung converge about dun sa issue. Aayusin daw nila, at i a update ako pag na fix na nila.

if on your side, baka defective yung nabigay na modem/router at naka capped sa 100mbps ang kaya,
if on their side, no need na puntahan ng technician nila yan, iccheck nila mismo sa server nila para ma adjust yung speed.

Tingin ko nga po parang ganon na, naka fixed yung speed nya sa 100mbps. Pero knina pumunta nko sa mismong office nila, nireport ko nga yung issue at pinakita ko yung speedtest ko. Sabi nila, aayusin daw within 24hrs, at may tatawag daw sakin. Tinanong panga kung active yung dalawa kong no. Then pag uwi ko, nag email nanga si converge. Eto ang sabi nila. Sana nga maayos nila agad. Umay na, lugi pa . Ang layo kasi ng agwat ng speed to 400mbps, 100mbps lang yung samin. Hindi makatarungan para sa 1599 na singil nila.
