JOB DESCRIPTION:



  • Review completeness and compliance of all documents received.
  • Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
  • Analyze information to determine proper handling of work.
  • Encode agent, license and commission information in the system accurately.
  • Update existing agent record in the system, if needed.
  • Create and post correspondences, if needed.
  • Identify the next process based on the workflow and create necessary transactions.
  • Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by Team Leader, Manager, Director.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Open to college graduates and undergraduate who have completed at least 2nd year
  • Must have 1 year of experience in financial/healthcare/insurance accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Must be willing to work full time onsite in Muntinlupa, Alabang or Cubao, Quezon City
  • Must be flexible with shifts
  • Ability to adhere to current performance tool that team uses
  • Coachable - Seeks out and accepts feedback to improve personal performance
