Good day po, mag ask lang po ako dito sa group about sa Globe postpaid 1gbps speed. Nag apply kami sa office last week. Old internet namin is PLDT 1gbps din. Magpapalit kami ng Globe kasi mas mura sya ng x3 compare kay PLDT, ang kaso po pag naka connect na sya router ng company namin yung Globe, mga 10 secs lang ayaw ng magbato ng internet. Same setup lang namn dun sa PLDT which is okay naman.

Hello! It seems like you are experiencing difficulties with your Globe postpaid 1Gbps connection, specifically with the PPPoE setup compared to your previous DHCP setup with PLDT. I can offer some insights and suggestions to help you troubleshoot the issue:

1. PPPoE Configuration: PPPoE authentication requires a username and password to establish a connection. Make sure that you have entered the correct credentials provided by Globe. Double-check the username and password in your router's PPPoE settings.

2. MTU Settings: PPPoE connections can sometimes have issues with Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) settings. Try adjusting the MTU value in your router's PPPoE settings. The default value is usually 1492, but you can try lowering it to see if it improves the connection stability.

3. Router Compatibility: Some routers may have issues with PPPoE connections or may require specific settings to work optimally. Check if your router's firmware is up to date and compatible with Globe's PPPoE configuration.

4. Network Congestion: If the issue occurs during specific times of the day, it could be due to network congestion. Contact Globe's customer support to inquire about network status and any ongoing maintenance or issues in your area.

5. Quality of Service (QoS): Consider setting up Quality of Service (QoS) rules on your router to prioritize your internet traffic. This can help ensure a stable connection for critical applications.

6. Technical Support: If the issue persists, don't hesitate to reach out to Globe's technical support for assistance. They may be able to provide specific troubleshooting steps or escalate the issue for further investigation.

It's essential to address these issues promptly to ensure a smooth internet experience with your Globe connection. Feel free to provide more details or ask for further assistance if needed!
