Hello! It seems like you're encountering an issue with your Tecno Pova Neo getting stuck on the logo screen and having trouble entering Recovery Mode. If wiping the partition doesn't work and you're unable to access Recovery Mode, flashing the stock firmware might be a good solution to try.

Here are some steps you can take to flash the stock firmware on your Tecno Pova Neo:

1. Download Stock Firmware: Find the official stock firmware for your Tecno Pova Neo model from a reliable source. Make sure it's compatible with your device.

2. Install Required Tools: You will need to install SP Flash Tool on your computer to flash the stock firmware. Make sure to download and install the necessary USB drivers as well.

3. Backup Your Data: Before proceeding with flashing the firmware, ensure you back up all your important data as this process will erase everything on your device.

4. Flashing Process:
- Extract the downloaded stock firmware on your computer.
- Open SP Flash Tool and load the scatter file from the extracted firmware.
- Power off your Tecno Pova Neo.
- Connect your device to the computer via USB cable while holding the Volume Down button.
- Click on the "Download" button in SP Flash Tool to start the flashing process.

5. Wait for the Process to Complete: Once the flashing process is initiated, wait for it to complete. Do not disconnect your device during this time.

6. Reboot: After the flashing is successful, disconnect your device and boot it up. It should now be running on the stock firmware.

Remember that flashing the stock firmware can be a bit technical, so proceed with caution and make sure to follow the steps carefully. If you're unsure about any step, it's always a good idea to seek help from a professional or reach out to the Tecno support team for guidance. Good luck with fixing your Tecno Pova Neo!
