Suddenly, it has a question mark. Can someone help me or guide me through how to fix this? I have so many important files saved in J: but for some reason, I can't access them.

external po ba oh internal?, pag internal try mo ilipat ng SATA socket. pag ganun parin try mo palitan yung SATA cable or bili ka ng enclosure para sa HDD tas saksak mo sa USB port.
