1 week na kaming walang internet, gamit namen globe at home. Nakailang close na yung ticket ko at tatlong resched na pero walang pumupuntang technician onsite, sa messenger nila at hotline same na sa globe one app ako pinupunta, pero pag chinecheck ko naman sa globe one app walang lumalabas, pero sa hotline nila at sa messenger open pa daw yung case at may naka sched na pupuntang technician but yung huling usap namen sa email is closed na yung ticket. Are there any ways to talk directly to globe like some mobile number or kailangan ko nang pumunta sa globe telecom mismo which is malayo yung nearest samen, thank you sa sasagot!
