Hello, po Hingi sana ako advice since hindi kinakaya ng experience ko, nagmamanage po ako ng small network the problem is bumabagal siya with a certain time, pero pinagtataka ko sa isang department lang nag ccause ng pagbagal then after restarting switch magging okay uli ang speed sa main nman po hindi nman cya bumabagal any suggestion

without knowing your network topology, eh hanggang hula lang ang kaya naming gawin. if you can draw or roughly sketch your network topology indicating the devices you have, as well as the pertinent details (VLANs, etc.), i'm sure mas malaki maitutulong namin.
