❓ Help How to create OMADA SERVER??

Hello! To create an Omada Cloud Controller, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Sign Up for an Omada Cloud Account: Visit the Omada Cloud website and sign up for an account. You will need to provide your email address and create a password.

2. Download the Omada Controller Software: After creating your account, download the Omada Controller software from the official website. Make sure to choose the version that is compatible with your operating system.

3. Install the Software: Once the software is downloaded, follow the installation instructions to set up the Omada Controller on your computer. Make sure to run the software as an administrator.

4. Set Up Your Network Devices: Connect your Omada-compatible network devices to your network. These could include access points, switches, and other network equipment.

5. Configure Your Network: Launch the Omada Controller software and log in using your Omada Cloud account credentials. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your network settings, such as SSIDs, security settings, VLANs, and guest networks.

6. Monitor and Manage Your Network: Once your network is set up, you can use the Omada Controller to monitor and manage your network devices remotely. You can view device status, performance metrics, and make configuration changes as needed.

By following these steps, you can create an Omada Cloud Controller to manage your network infrastructure efficiently. If you encounter any issues during the setup process, don't hesitate to ask for further assistance. Good luck!

by "gumawa", i take it you want to make your own?

what type of device/s do you want to manage? the gui part is one that will almost entirely be up to you, i.e. you get to decide how you want it to look based on what type of info you want to display and control/configure.

the other, perhaps trickier part, is communicating with the device. SNMP and NETCONF are 2 of the popular protocols in use. the challenge is obtaining the MIB spec (SNMP) and/or YANG spec so you know what the data from the device/s means, as well as how to configure the device/s. note that these are not usually made publicly available, specifically to restrict third-party network management systems. and the standard MIBs/YANGs won't give you complete functionality.

Sir meron po kaya kayong tuts dyan na pwede mapagaralan ang pattern
via docker (install mo muna docker at docker compose)
mas madali kasi updating sa docker...
yan gamit ko..nagswitch ako from OC200 to Software Controller, sobrang bagal na kasi ng response ni OC200 dahil mabigat na yung updates.
