I think any b525-65a custom firmware will also work on b525-23a.

You may try
Vodafone 2023 Firmware
Huawei RELOADED 2021

or just use this script to cell id lock

theres a lot of tutorial in yuo.tube,com just search for jhowell huerto..the firmware of b525s-65a, 95a & 23a are all the same or you can download here:
