PHCurrently Im trying to pay ung tubig, kuryente at internet using ung credit card sa BPI pero sobrang tagal kung mareceive ung OTP. Mga 15-20 mins bago ko siya mareceive. Di ko sure kung sa network lang to ng globe pero in my previous payment is mabilis naman narereceive ung OTP. Ano po kaya pwedeng gawin?
