PHClaire Castro is LYING. Her statement has ABSOLUTELY NO BASIS IN THE ICC STATUTE. Dutch courts have absolutely no role in ICC proceedings, unless it is their own citizen that's involved or a resident or someone arrested in the Netherlands. The only courts involved are Philippine Courts (which would determine proper service of warrant and give the right to the suspect to apply for interim release) and the ICC.
