❓ Help Samsung Type C Headset NOT WORKING

Pano po ayusin yung ganto? Baseus (tama ba 😭) po brand nung headset nabili ko sa ibang dev gumagana naman, pero sa samsung ko po ayaw nya, pero since type c na rin, sa charging po goods naman sya talagang sa headset lang po prob, kahit insert ko headset, speaker out sa cp pa rin po, actually kahit sa bluetooth po, ayaw din nya mag connect sa mga bluetooth dev, sa phone pa rin po lumalabas yung sound ot pag na connect, putol putol po yung sound. Patulong pooo

Hardware compatiblity issue siguro po?, gamit ko na brands is soundcore, galaxy buds at nothing ear sa samsung phone/tab wala naman issue.

Ay ganon po, what if bumili po ko orig akg, gagana na kaya?? May soundcore po ko na wireless kaso ayaw rin
