Have you ever wonder why do we need to look for 10's IP?
Well to be honest its not just 10.
To make this simplify.
Alot of Globe Server's Starts From 10 Ip's
100 is a Host.
Using subnet converting xx.10 will be 10.x.x.x or better observe your ip on apps that shows ip and DNS.

Freenet or what we called Payload sometimes it is used as remote will make the dataway system reverse.
That's why we can connect via successfully ip connection to the server + tunnel + freenet = Anonimity.
