Hello guys! Need ko help nyo kung sinuman nakakaalam kung paano solusyunan 'to..

Yung phone ko kasi na Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 bigla na lang namatay habang nagba-bike ako. Bali naka on lang yung data tsaka bluetooth kasi naka-connect sa airpods then ayun na nga bigla nag shutdown ng kusa. Nitong susubukan ko ng i-open ulit bigla na lang nag stuck sa Asus logo, naka-ilang ulit ako na on/off kaso ganon pa din. Then nung susubukan ko naman i-factory reset hindi lumalabas yung mismong settings para i-hard reset yung phone at ito lang yung nasa screen;
"E:couldn't load bitmap asus_program_ball (error -7)
Supported API: 3"

Sana meron makatulong sa akin dito, for the mean time mag google and youtube muna ako habang nag iintay ng ilang solusyon nyo.

Thank you in advance sa mga papansin sa post ko! :YouTried::birthdayCheer::catJAMSpin:

Hello! It seems like your Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is stuck in a bootloop after unexpectedly shutting down while you were biking. The error message you provided, "E:couldn't load bitmap asus_program_ball (error -7) Supported API: 3," along with being stuck at the Asus logo and showing "CSC Fastboot," indicates a potential software issue.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve this bootloop issue:

1. Force Restart: Press and hold the Power button for about 10-15 seconds to force a restart. This might help in case the phone is stuck in a temporary glitch.

2. Recovery Mode: Try entering Recovery Mode by pressing and holding the Power button and Volume Down button simultaneously. From there, you may be able to perform a factory reset or clear the cache partition.

3. Safe Mode: If possible, try booting the phone into Safe Mode by pressing and holding the Power button until the Power Off option appears, then long-press the Power Off option until the Safe Mode prompt appears. This can help determine if a third-party app is causing the issue.

4. ADB Commands: If you are familiar with ADB (Android Debug Bridge), you can connect your phone to a computer and use ADB commands to troubleshoot or flash the device.

5. Flash Firmware: As a last resort, you may need to flash the stock firmware onto your device using tools like Asus Flash Tool or Fastboot. This will erase all data on your phone, so make sure to back up any important files if possible.

If none of these steps work, it might be best to seek assistance from a professional service center or technician who specializes in Asus devices. They may be able to diagnose and fix the issue without losing your important files.

I hope one of these solutions helps you get your Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 up and running again! Let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
