So, after globe's system activity in our area i got this mobile data problem, Everytime i turn on the mobile data there's a freaking exclamation mark that appears in the network type indicator, like this H+! Because of this http injector and psiphon fails to connect, luckily i found this fix, type these codes in the terminal app in your phone, if you don't have a built in terminal app, just download terminal emulator from the playstore.

then type

settings put global captive_portal_detection_enabled 0

then type

reboot system

After reboot the exclamation mark is gone! Http injector and psiphon are now up and kicking!
