#1. Create facebook page (PC Login)
- here > You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. OR Click "Pages" on you bookmarks (left side) then you'll see at the top "+Create a Page".
- Choose a Category "Local Business or Place" .
- Under that, choose "Real Estate".
- fill up and get started (phone number is required, but removable after all the steps)
- skip everything.
#2. Edit Info & Map Location
- Now the page is complete.. click "about" then "Edit Page Info".
- On the "General" tab, scroll down & you'll see the "Address" section where the map is. DRAG MAP TO REPOSITION to your place (or anywhere).
- On "Subcategories" section (also in General tab) put "Home" and remove "Real Estate".
TIPS:
- On android phones, There's another method you could try -- [ check-in -> Type "any name you want" -> wait till "add location" appears. ] sometimes it doesn't work, & and if you wanna try this method, try it by being there in the place you want to add.
- You could try different page categories, but make sure it has a "Location" tab on "Edit Page Info"
- Actively check into the place you've created
