Redmi Turbo 3 Flickering Screen

I have a Redmi Turbo 3, and I play Mobile Legends on it. Recently, it started lagging, even though I don't usually run other apps while playing. Additionally, the screen flickers white when I watch videos. I want to know if others are experiencing the same issue and what I can do to fix it. I already tried resetting my phone, but the issue persists.
