OUCH!!! Unless nalang may backup ka? Kaya highly recommended mag backup gamit ang Acronis.
Try mo muna boot to safe mode. Tapos try mo iunstall yung last software na ininstall or dinownload mo.
Try mo irepair sa bootup. Hahanapin installer ng Windows mo.
One major reason is malware/virus na most likely infected na System files mo.
Comes worse to worst. Reformat and fresh install ng Windows.
During installation eh tatanungin naman kung gusto mo isave mga files mo or fresh install talaga na mawala lahat ng files mo.

O kaya BCDEdit recover lang kaya yan.
Tapos dalawang start up repair ayos na.
