Simufact Forming is a computer modeling system for calculating metal deformation processes in forging and volume stamping processes when designing die tooling. Simufact Forming allows you to optimize temperature-speed, taking into account the stress-strain state, process conditions, and design optimal technologies.
This is facilitated by the adequacy of the process models, as well as an accurate description of the rheological behavior of the metal under deformation conditions. From forging to rolling, from sheet metal to titanium, Simufact Forming provides all the tools for efficient modeling and calculation, regardless of the process temperature, the equipment used or the materials being processed.
