Hello po i just want an advice po kasi , my problem po is nakapag aral po ako sa current university ko po nang ilang years at may mga failed subjects po ako at nganong po dina po ako nakapag enroll sa current school ko and gusto kung mag transfer sa ibang university possible po ba na yung mga grades ko lahat sa current school ko ma drop ko lahat para maka pag start ako nang panibago sa next school ko po sana masagot po salamat

Kumbaga gusto mong ma-"back to zero"? Pwede naman. I-declare mo lang na hindi ka pa nag-aral or hwag kang mag-submit ng TOR from your current university. Kung wala ka namang ibigay na TOR sa kanila they will consider you as a newbie kaya start from scratch ka. Balewala na lang lahat ng units na nakuha mo sa current school. Kung plano mo namang i-carry over ang ilan sa mga units na nakuha mo na, mahahalungkat nila ang records mo sa TOR. Unless magkaiba or wala sila nung kagaya ng units na natapos mo na, start from scratch ka pa din.

if hindi pa school to school yung naging transfer of credentials mo from high school to the university, then kuha ka lang ulet ng TOR from your high school at yun ang gamitin mo as you enroll this time
