Procedure;
Turn off your Phone
Turn on again then continue pressing Volume up and Volume down together
until it turns on and SAFEMODE can be seen lower left of the screen
This is the easiest way so that you can disable google play service and enable ADB Debugging and turn on developer mode on the smartphone.
