There has two way to unlock bootloader of any Xiaomi HyperOS bootloader. One is with PC, another one is without PC (Using termux).
1. A youtube channel named "MobileCity" uploaded a video about unlocking bootloader of Redmi Turbo 3.
You'll get all the direction of php bypass and unlocking bootloader. Video Link here.
To perform php bypass you'll need 2 files.

Above mentioned method works only with PC.
But those who has no PC, They can follow method 2.
2. Termux is a valuable app if you know how to use. It is most helpfull app for android users.
If you want to unlock bootloader or flash a fastboot rom with PC, you must need an application to perform this job. But in termux, you just need to know how it works and some basic things.
So I'll explain everything about php bypass and unlocking bootloader with android phone using termux.

It contains bootloader Unlocking feature, php bypass feature, MI Assistant features and many more.
Now I'll talk about two important feature of this tool based on our thread.
If we want to unlock bootloader, we've to bypass hyperos restriction. So bypass the restriction, we need to install Termux F-droid version.
Just download and install it from F-Droid website.
Then we need Termux API app. You can get it F-droid website also.
Just install both the app, and run the commands from github.
