Hello! Yes, it's possible to build a PC for around 15k that is capable of handling multitasking and gaming to some extent. Here's a basic PC build within your budget:

1. Processor (CPU): AMD Ryzen 3 3200G - This processor comes with integrated Radeon Vega 8 graphics, decent for light gaming and multitasking.

2. Motherboard: A320M motherboard - A budget-friendly option that is compatible with the Ryzen 3 3200G.

3. RAM: 8GB DDR4 RAM - Sufficient for multitasking, but you may consider upgrading to 16GB in the future for better performance.

4. Storage: 240GB SSD - Provides fast boot times and responsiveness. You can add a larger HDD for additional storage if needed.

5. Power Supply: 450W PSU - Make sure it's from a reputable brand to ensure stable power delivery.

6. Case: Budget PC case - Choose one that fits your components and has decent airflow for cooling.

7. Operating System: Windows 10 - You can allocate some budget for the OS or consider using a free alternative like Linux.

Please note that this build is entry-level and may not run demanding games at high settings. Upgrading individual components in the future, such as adding a dedicated graphics card or more RAM, can improve gaming performance. Additionally, prices may vary based on your location and current market conditions.
