PLDT Always On Dual WAN (Fibr + LTE failover) or GreenPacket Hybrid I2

Tagal ko na naghahanap ng mga gantong device for office purpose. May mga binebenta ba locally or international na gantong device kahit 3CA sana or 5G data. With regular LTE-A/5G Modem pwede naman gamiting failover yung WAN Connection via Ethernet. Mas power saving nga lang kung isang modem lang nagana kesa both for small scale usage lang of max 15 users

I'm in the process of returning it and requested din ng waiving ng monthly charges. Waiting nalang ng approval. May NTC intervention na rin via mediation sa Zoom. Since palaging bumabagal to 100mbps lang speed ko from 1gbps since March & until now wala parin silang response. To temporary fix ung issue ko, need ko mag reboot ng modem everytime na bumababa sya to 100mbps. This always happens multiple times daily. 2nd replacement na ng Always On modem ko na to.

ok nmn sakin ang problema lang dito is config kung di nila naayos ang config sure yan

walang band Locking sad to say base sa observation ko limited masyado ang setting sa LTE

Naka dalawang request na ako ng bridge mode and uncgnat sa kanila twice din nalawa internet connection ko instead of mag bridge sya sa 3rd party router ko. The only way na magkaroon ako ng internet at the time is gamitin ung LTE nya na sobrang bagal. Kaya I give up na kay Always On. Plus palaging downgrading ung speeds nya sa akin to 100mbps from the orginal 1gbps speeds.

Anyways, good for you na may admin access sa modem. Di ko na rin aalamin yan. Approved na return ng Always On modem ko without service charge a month after ng mediation ko with NTC. Will wait nalang sa technician na magpapalit sa modem ko.
 
Update: Kaka palit lang ni technician ng modem. Naka Huawei Optistar HG8145X6-10 na ako. Iniwan nila ung Always On modem. Baka ibalik ko nalang sa business center.

mababa nga raw yung speed

1. Pag nag pa bridge mode ako sa kanila (requested twice), no internet lang ang lalabas. Magkaka internet lang sya pag nag switch lang sya sa LTE, which is napaka tagal mag occur & napaka bagal pa ang speed.
2. Eto naman daily struggle ko, bumababa ang speed from 1gbps to 100mbps only. This occurs multiple times per day. Ang temporary fix ko dito is to restart ung modem every time na bumabagal sya. Kaso may times din na babalik agad ang problem.

Ang recommendation sa akin ng PLDT Business center, mag request daw ako na ibalik ung modem na waived ung charges for approval. Since sobrang tagal ng approval process (April ako nag request), nagpa mediate na ako to NTC last May, then nagkaroon na ng Zoom meeting last June 23. Then exactly after almost a month na walang update, nag email ulit ako kay NTC (naka CC si PLDT) & July 24 tumawag sa akin si PLDT na approved na daw request ko. After ko na settle ung July bill ko (Sunday, July 27), dun lang sila gumawa ng job order to replace my modem.
