I did not say they were innocent or guilty. There is just lack of evidence that I found that it was CIA and there are claims Maduro is diverting attention because there is a big protest against him. Until there is evidence it is just "Allegedly".
Of course they are likely involved because of past events but I would prefer evidence than claims from Maduro. He even claimed Elon Musk wants to shoot a space laser against him.
