Nakausap ko ung CS sa Smart to confirm the device unlocking, i reached out sa fb nila tapos sila ung tumawag. Kasi ung order ko na H155 galing sa smart store website walang kasamang sales invoice galing sa Smart, pink paper lang sya galing sa courier which is wwwexpress (former dhl). Then i asked the rep, sabi nya sakin, keep the receipt and present it incase i need to request unlocking. Pwede din daw picturan sabi nya.

so i chatted with Smart Messenger CS, pinorocess nya ung request ko for separate O.R. (or Sales Invoice thanks to Ease of Paying Taxes Act) I insisted na order acknowledgment lng na receive ko sa email, technically hindi naman ung O.R. kasi COD ako at di pa consumated ung transaction kasi nga d pa aku nag bayad... so ayun waiting game if merong receipt sa email.... but doesn't matter anyway may buyer na ako bukas HAHAHA, okay naman sa kanya ung WExpress receipt at email lng

As long as nandyan ang actual unit, box with imei, ss ng email, ss ng wexpress tracking history, request letter at valid id pwede kang makapagrequest ng unlock code kahit walang OR after 2 years.
