Like i said.. this particular one needs to be done “…in a place devoted to religious worship or during the celebration of any religious ceremony…” as with the case kay Celdran before for doing his damaso stunt during a mass inside a church. Iba pa din sya sa case ni luka.. so u can still criticize all u want but cant do so sa certain places or certain ceremonies. Di pa din sya mere offense sa religious feelings lang.

Was he convicted na?? Im not sure kung ano na ung lagay ng kaso nea.. but i think ung pagkakakulong nea was because of the issuance of warrant of arrest.. that part eh nasa judge or prosecutor i think kung may nakita sila probable cause for the case to continue and subsequently issued such warrant

yung cybercrime case dismissed na pero etong religious offense naka trial pa, mukhang di pa pala na-convict si Pura boss so for now di pa natin masasabi if how is the law functioning
