Pero bakit kaylangan pa rin ni Madumb Pusit na mag bid na wag sundin ng COA ang subpoena?
actually COA can be bid bossing just like OP bidding to ban passports og Alice Guo, alam ng OP na court lang makaka order ng passport ban so nag bid lang sila, sumunod lang din si OVP nag bid din siya na wag i-disclose since confidential funds naman ang hinihingi at tapos na man mag-issue ng disallowance si COA, it's just a legal remedy bossing inuubos lang nila ang available remedies just like any other accused

yes of course since hindi naman intrusive yung interference nila bossing, hanggang bid lang sila or shall we say hanggang E×ρréššion of intent lang sila, kung power to order yan aba di na ako papayag

as i've said bossing OVP has no blocking power, it only has the bidding power over COA, at ang gumagamit ng "block" na word ay yung idiot na mainstream media together with those idiots in the legislative branch
