But later binawi ni Yul Servo (maybe upon realizing na hindi nila pde banggain ang Republic Act) at ibinalik ang Commitee ni Ibay, tapos umasta si Yul Servo na para bang all powerful sa lahat ng say sa city hall at bida-bida throwing mud at Yan-yan Ibay.
